Lunch Lap V

The weather has been very unpredictable lately and was worried that the Sunday Lunch Lap ride may get scrapped due to weather. The past few days the rain has been persistent...not hard but always there. Sometimes just drizzle but the roads are staying wet. In fact, over the past 4 days, we have gotten over 2 inches of rain. Well today is different. It is cool (about 80), cloudy, and no rain expected (but that can change). In either case. I am going to attend since I have been getting wet the past 3 days anyway.

As usual, we meet at Sambuco Barber Shop starting at 11am. We hang out until 11:45 when its kick stands up. Today we are heading over to the Blue Collar Cycle Company located in Salisbury. Gonna have lunch there and help support a Childrens Home via donations.

The ride was good as usual. They started a bit quickly and a few of us were not ready. They got ahead of us but we were able to find them and catch up. Once we got to Blue Collar, they had BBQ Pork Sandwiches and drinks waiting.

This is always a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon and am quite grateful that they take the time and effort to make this happen.
