Sandy Ridge Service Station

It was a beautiful day Saturday and was out riding. While in China Grove, I stopped to get gas and to my surprise, inside the store was a bar. I was up for a quick cold one and stayed for a beer.

This bar is very small. It did have 7 televisions showing some of the college games so I had a beer and watched Florida State kick Alabama's butt. The folks here were quite nice and I actually enjoyed myself. Some other locals came in with their dogs and it was just a very nice atmosphere. They also have some of those gaming machines and Keno.

Come to find out, if you are a NASCAR fan, Dale Jr. actually comes here a lot (or so I am told). So if you are out in the area, stop by.
